Mexican chiptune? °Muy caliente!

It may come as a surprise, but the last new episode of Disney's f*ck-awesome Gravity Falls aired in early October. That was ages ago! Thankfully the show is coming back next Friday, February 15, and this pleases me.

Know what else pleases me? Chiptune arrangements of the show's catchy theme song! I actually shared one such mix by Dj CUTMAN back in September; this latest rendition comes courtesy of Mexican chiptune artist Nestor "Crab" Ovilla. Give it a listen and a download over on his SoundCloud page -- also check out some of his other chips, like the Ghostbusters theme featuring sound bites from DJ Assault's "Ass-N-Titties."

And if you want to hear more chips straight out of Mexico, sneak a peak at Chido-Chip, a free album featuring Crab and various artists south of the border.
