Very excited about this. Had a lot of fun making the stuff together. He was having a good time helping until his new Power Rangers suit showed up.

Little sad I didn't win, but seeing (and hearing) the winners I understand why. Great job to the winners and I'm looking forward to more contests of this nature.

I thought it was a random draw anyways and that it just chose some of the best ones by chance.

I gotta say though that the contest rules were stated as "The contest is over on Sunday, August 19 at midnight" which means that everyone had until 11:59pm Saturday night to turn in their submissions. I'm sure everyone who followed the rules would have liked an additional 24 hours or more to improve their submissions. I don't want sound like a sore loser but I feel it needed to be said. Regardless, good work to all the artists.

There unfortunately wasn't enough time for me to finish my picture. I would recommend more than a 3 day window next time, not just for me, but for other "artists" who wanted to polish their work.

The post went live on a Monday and closed the next Sunday; six days is about all we can manage when we have a new contest every week! (It was bumped once in the middle to increase exposure. Maybe that's where you're seeing the "three days" thing?)
