Having too much fun with Rhythm Heaven Wii

I love Rhythm Heaven and I'm really excited for the upcoming Wii game. That said, I'm sure I'll never be as excited these folks are these two Japanese commercials for Rhythm Heaven Wii.

Dog and Cat airplane tennis looks like a blast, but this dude is getting way too into it. Ojitsuke! Don't get me started on the ladies doing the seal flip. They can't even congratulate each other properly with how excited they are from winning. Embarrassing. Get it together, people. Have you never played a rhythm game before?

Rhythm Heaven Wii launches in Japan on July 21st. I hate them for that.

Review: Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair

Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc was an intelligent riff on the perils of high school -- you know, if you had thrown a murder mystery in between classes and the principal was a maniacal stuffed animal. Its sequel, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, takes a beleaguered trope and turns it on its head. This is one "trapped on a desert island" story that takes things to another level entirely.more
