Alright, Skyrim had its time in the sun. Now to switch hype trains and get pumped for Skyward Sword!

Fans who were unable to attend the 25th Anniversary Symphony will still be able to get their jam on with the special CD packed into all copies of Skyward Sword. The above video, which originally ran on Nintendo Video on the 3DS, takes you into the orchestra's recording session. Enjoy!

I am not pumped at all for Skyward sword.

The Wii in my house will continue to gather dust.

It must be nice for orchestras. The Video Game industry is giving them new work (soundtracks and music for games) that they didn't have 10 years ago :).

I didn't like it. Sure it sounds epic, but it doesn't feel adventurous like, say, the OST of Twilight Princess. It sounds too pretentious and, at times, feels a lot more like something out of Prince of Persia than out of Zelda. Why even put the "puzzle solved" cue in the original medley? Just to identify that it's Zelda?

Still, I am so hyped for Skyward Sword. Can't wait!

I know it's obligatory, but over dramatic orchestrations of the main theme are a dime a dozen. Let's get some of those more obscure tunes orchestrated, especially because nintendo was too lazy to the orchestrate Ocarina of Time 3DS soundtrack

Oh, so this is what the CD will have?

I could do without it but it's a nice bonus. Can't wait to get this game!

Mine too, I play it too much to clean it.

Damn, the production values on that video were WAAAAY better than I expected, pretty damn awesome.

I can't wait to hear what else I get on CD in the Special Edition, it'll be PRIME material to set the atmosphere before my Skyward Sword marathon.

Very nice of nintendo to include this with the game. Still wish they would have had a Chicago date, but the sound track is cool with me.

I was pretty impressed with the orchestrations. They weren't over-embellished, but they did add a lot of substance to the music. Can't wait to have the Wind Waker suite on my phone.

Tomorrow a fantastic and brand new mario game, and One more week till another great Nintendo Wii game. But i heard they are DOOMED? huh......I guess those assholes didn't get the memo.

Maybe their too busy in ball licking MW3, as they get teabagged by other men online. Awesome where gaming has gone.

I'm currently playing through the game for my review on OSV. It's a great game, and the music is great. Lots of orchestral tracks and memorable melodies.

The CD has 8 of the 16 songs that were performed at the 25thtime Anniversay Symphony, and features most of the important pieces. It's great all around!

I really liked when the lower brass came in with the melody at 1:06. That was sweet.
