Man, the PSP is getting some incredible love from Square as of late -- between Crisis Core,Parasite Eve: The 3rd Birthday and now this, PSP owners that wish they had more to play will suddenly have their hands full. I don't know if Square-Enix has just mastered the ability to excite me or what, but watching this trailer definitely did the job.
In case you've missed previousposts about Agito, the game boasts everything from Square's trademark pretty boys to the ability to get your multiplayer on, but considering it has been said that the game will not see store shelves until both Final Fantasy XIII and Versus are out, I wouldn't hold your breath on this one -- it's going to be a while. Like, you might have a long beard by then.
Sadly the video is mostly pre-rendered material, but the in-game shots look very promising. *drool*
The PSP has plenty of RPGs, but not many have the type of production value that goes into a Final Fantasy title. I'm hoping Square Enix doesn't let us down with this one. Some of their recent releases (most specifically their FF spinoffs) have been rather ambiguous.
Am I the only one who just wants Square to explain how the XIII games are connected now rather than having to piece together all of the random-ass teasers?
Uh oh. I can't believe no one else has said it yet. Sorry, but what is this card nonsense? Collectible card games, historically anyway=not good. Prove me wrong, please.
That cell phone looked REALLY misplaced imo...(yes, I know it's a mobile game, but with all the magic fantasy stuff going on in this video, it looked really out of place)
I wanted this when it was only billed as an RPG. Then I read about the possibility of it having MMORPG-ish features [infrastructure mode please?] and I'm now absolutely lusting over it. Lusting, I say! And absolutely!
