Am I the only one who gets chills when they hear an orchestral version of "Gourmet Race," like this one or the music for Fountain of Dreams in Smash Bros.?
^ Definitely not. The Fountain of Dreams is my favorite stage in Smash Bros., largely because of the music.
It's great to know that Nintendo gave Kirby the orchestra treatment. The pink puffball's whimsical tunes are irresistiblely catchy.

Hearing about this is probably the best news Nintendo has given me in a while. I don't even buy many Wii games (in fact, my disc drive is currently busted so I couldn't play them if I wanted) and I own physical copies of every game on the disc, but I'll still be picking this up day one for the soundtrack (and art book?). Kirby's probably my favorite Nintendo series.
Now all we need is a Metroid collection. Can you imagine? There's only about five classic titles (Metroid, Metroid II, Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion, and Metroid: Zero Mission) so you could experience nearly the entire series (minus the Prime games which are available on Gamecube/Wii anyway) on one disc. It would be glorious.

Every time I hear Green Greens I giggle and grin like a brainless idiot. FUck your Zeldas, your Marios, your Metroids, your Skyrims and StarCrafts. Kirby is the real shit.
