Following on from our Christmas Comes to Pacland post, here's another root through Youtube for nearly half an hour's worth of entertainment that will leave you feeling embarrassed and ashamed -- we bring you Sonic Christmas Blast.
Taken from the mid-nineties' Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, this is a dark tale indeed. Santa Claus has been forcibly replaced by Robotnik Claus, who makes a few Christmas changes, the biggest of which sees children being made to give him presents, otherwise they get chained up and sent to work in his robot factory. Reminds me of my own childhood. It's up to Sonic the Hedgehog to save the God damned day!
We have three parts of this video, and as a fun little Holiday challenge that isn't actually fun, see how long you can keep watching it before you get irritated, bored, or simply sad. I made to the 4:58 mark before deciding my life was worth too much. Hit the jump for parts 2 and 3 if you can get that far. Winner gets a hand made MS Paint Christmas picture featuring Sonic's cock n' bollocks or something.

Ah, this show was a lot of fun, even if all Christmas specials are required by law to stink. I should get the DVD sometime.
The irony is that the animation was done by the same studio that animated Animaniacs. Blame the budget, not the studio.
