Last night in San Francisco, and apparently at the NYC Halo 3 event, Microsoft gave away these very sweet Halo 3-themed Zunes. Being a Zune owner myself, I was ready to chop off a finger to get one of these bad boys to take home. They gave away three of them based on a random draw-a-business-card-from-a-hat style and unfortunately because Jesus hates me, I did not win. Damn you Jesus, DAMN YOU!

Anyway, check it out, it's the new hotness.

Summa owns a black Ipod because the White one reminds him of the wii.

As for the Halo Zune. I hope I accidentally drop my Ipod into the toilet before June

I could care less about how dismal Zune sales are and that DRM screwed up the Sharing feature. As long as i can watch videos and listen to music like my Ipod then its not as bad a gadget as the internets makes it out to be

pff, that news is SO yesterday! :P Can't wait to get one though. They are suppose to be out midjune. Normally, I would have no excuse to get one. But, some jackass (whom I may now actually be thanking) stole my ipod about 2 weeks ago. Now I have an excuse to drop 350! w00t!

@ the stripe- i work with 2 of those people, but one had theirs break when they droped it so there are 4 zune users :)

if they mass produced those i might actually buy a zune. personally the only thing it has over the ipod is the ability to make wallpapers.

I personally get a huge kick out of the Zune. It's a horrible product that actually has a tiny tiny market because of iPod haters. "My dog chewed on my iPod, and the guy at the Apple Store told me it's out of warranty, which is totally bogus, so now i'm gonna go get a Zune." While I hate to continue bashing the performance = sales, 30 million iPod owners can't be all wrong.
