Something is wrong when a trailer for a machinima film is more exciting than that of a "real" movie. Or maybe, something is so very right.
This trailer for a Half Life 2 machinima film, Shadows of the Dead, hits the spot on many levels. Zombies, solid editing, intense music ... an extremely hokey voice over. Okay, I'll let that slide.
The trailer is a finalist in Liongate's
The Condemned (the movie starring "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, not game)
machinima contest, and was produced by the folks over at
Mighty Crane Films.
