Hail the freak: 36 WoW accounts, played simultaneously. By a freak photo

I submit evidence of one man, which I am going to use to paint all World of Warcraft players as subhuman scumworms who deserve to be shot. This creature owns 36 WoW accounts, plays them at the same time on 11 computers, and goes on solo raids. He can't even make friends in a videogame.

The WoW nutbag goes by the name of Bradster, leading me to believe it is our very own Brad Nicholson. The 36 accounts costs him $5711 in subscription fees: "Not bad considering I’m looking at it like it’s a hobby and there are more expensive hobbies out there than World of Warcraft."

Yeah, there are also worse crimes than raping a woman, but I'm not going to do that either.

Bradster also has designs on 36 copies of Wrath of the Lich King, which will run him to another $1500. He has chosen to do this simply because he wants to invade Stormwind and Ironforge. By himself.

I fully believe that when the atomic bomb drops, it is not cockroaches that will survive, but World of Warcraft players, all of them angry that the loud noise put 'em off their looting. Freaks.

Meh, if it makes him happy and doesn't harm others, who are to criticize him for it?

"who are to criticize him for it?"

That's what they said about Albert Fish, and look what happened there.

Well, with all that gear, it looks like the guy has quite a bit of money. MAybe designed some Software thing, and retired at 25?

You'd think he could buy someone to play it with him.

Hahaha, incredible. Thing is, in Wotlk there's gonna be a lot more emphasis on 10 man raiding...wonder how far he gets.

You mention the subscription costs - think of the gear costs too - insane!

@Ron:

Multiboxing software. Use one keyboard/mouse, recreates the commands on all computers. Limited use I know, but there are plenty in the game who run around with 4/5 identical characters and just own stuff. Personally I'd rather spend the money on beer or something, but each to their own!

Also, what really makes this guy look like a toolbox is the fact that he uses the characters solely for the sake of raiding Alliance cities. That is so unbelievably retarded. That went out of style like 3 years ago. Why not use them to do something like beat raid high-end raid content? What a waste of money regardless.

OK, that's kinda awesome!

Frankly, its the best punchline to the joke of trying to get 40 competant people to achieve anything in World of Warcraft. Its a ridiculous meta game, trying to find a group and over come nasty class-based stereotypes (Hunters are useless, lol). He misses out on that social experiment and get to go straight to the business of playing.

Massively Multiplayer indeed.

I'm not intimately familiar with the workings of WoW or ways to assist your playtime, but I have no idea how you would play two characters at once, much less 36. Even if this guy is a friendless loser, I would love to see this process in action.

Does he make all his characters look the same, or wear matching clothing or something? Can you be chilling in Azeroth one day and see a clone army go marching by and say "There goes the Bradster"?

Oh wow, this guy can control 36 characters at once across 11 different computers. Even if he is doing it all from one keyboard, that's some impressive micromanagment. Imagine what a gamer of this skill could do with a GOOD game?

"Wow section" indeed.

I am loathe to imagine how much all of that hardware costs. Those computers could be put to much better tasks, like playing 11 H-games all at once.

Jim is the type of guy who gets jealous he can't use a mouse and has to whine how the world of PC games is over his head by posting stuff like this when he don't really have a damn clue about what the guy is doing.

Oh can WOW runs on a cracker jack toy I got 11 old ass PC's laying around that could run wow If i played it.

Oh noes it cost to much oh noes.

So anybody playing that many accounts is selling god damn warcraft gold and rare items on the internet and is making 60 times more than he is paying.

and he is using bots and doing all this other crap that blizzard don't want him to be doing.

DUH.............

http://www.wowgoldlive.com/

that is his part time job you just don't know how profitable it can be.

He is not the first or the last to do it.

That guy is making more money than most of you people are selling crap he is getting with his 36 accounts.
