Wanna learn how to rock out on your Nintendo DS!? Look no further than the attached Guitar Hero: On Tour instructional video.
 
Upon watching the clip initially, I didn't know whether to facepalm or to laugh hysterically. As the video progressed, I eventually settled on repeatedly doing both, sometimes even at the same time.
 
Sure, the video does a good job of explaining exactly how Guitar Hero: On Tour will function, in addition to showing off the game's key features, but it ultimately left me not wanting to see more videos even semi-related to On Tour, much less play the game.

Wow, some of you guys are taking this video way too seriously. Yeah it was crap, but I loved the "so who do I make this out to? Your momma?" line, immature genius at it best.

I honestly thought it was funny, I mean the entire ad was self mockery. People seem to be getting a little too upset over it. Given that they weren't serious in pretty much any respect, the worst you can say is they didn't pull the humor off that well. It's not like they dug up your dead grandpa and urinated over his corpse. Well I presume they didn't.

it was obviously meant to be silly. made me laugh a couple times...'that's even worse than the fire!'

as for the game, it doesn't look like much fun at all. i'll stick with my taiko ds games.

Has to be the bane of wanna-be scenester gamer-nerds everywhere. "Oh noes, this game used to be sooooooOOOooo kewl!" Get a fucking grip. GH was never cool, always a joke, for laughs, like this commercial. THE END.
