Further making me glad that I invested in Rock Band 2 songs rather than any form of Guitar Hero. Absolutely nothing there of interest to me.

Also, they got the wrong Panic Attack. They wanted Dream Theater not Fall of Troy. Nice try though Acti. And for the celebrity New Year's pack they should've had artist who just debuted this year. Would've especially awesome since some incredible artist debuted this year.
Steve Ouimette's song should be interesting however.

To be fair GH5 DLC started off strong. Wolfmother, Queens of the Stone Age, Billy Squier, Marilyn Manson, some good stuff.
Now however I'm getting Deja vu from GH:WT which I personally didn't like.
At first I thought there was gonna be a Nada Surf pack judging from the headline and I would've forgiven them. Sadly it's just one song I've never heard of.

Man, I want Pavement and Spoon so bad in my Rock Band. Maybe a three-pack with Fillmore Jive, Trigger Cut, and the aforementioned Cut Your Hair?
Also, Pavement is tied up there with Sonic Youth and Talking Heads as my favorite band ever, but one good Pavement song is not worth the 60 dollars GH5 costs.
all of those songs in the indie pack rule. the fall of troy songs could be fun if they didn't fucking suck.

I actually had the oppurtunity to buy several vinyl Nada Surf LPs on the cheap this weekend and didn't do it. Stupid me. I did complete my Pat Benatar collection however. :P

That's pretty lame. Wake me when they've got more content other than just compilation "track packs."
That indie pack is pretty kick ass. The Fall of Troy is one of my favorites but most of the new album sucks, therefore that pack kind of sucks. Though pretty much any TFoT songs would be a blast to play. Too bad I will probably never own GH5. Bring these to Rock Band, and we'll talk.
