Activision has announced the Guitar Hero/Band Hero downloadable content spread for July, and it's like your local "Active Rock" station is about to throw up on your home consoles. Expect track packs from Queen, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, and Shinedown this month.
My pre-teen son is thrilled.
July 6 - Queen 2 Track Pack

July 13 - The Avenged Sevenfold Track Pack

- "Almost Easy"
- "Scream"
July 20 - Disturbed Track Pack

- "Devour"
- "Second Chance"
- "Sound of Madness"
Tracks will run you the usual 160 MS Points/$1.99/200 Wii Points a piece, or you can save some money and buy the complete packs for 440 MS Points/$5.49/550 Wii Points.

Rock Band has Shinedown too. Don't know the other track off the top of my head, but there's definitely "Devour."

Avenged Sevenfold: Meh
Disturbed: Pretty cool (their new albums are pretty good, especially with solos...really shows what was missing in the older CD's)
Shinedown: Could be fun.
But most of these tracks are already in RB.
Hurry up RB3 with my pro mode.
9 out of the 12 already songs coming to GH this month are already in Rock Band...the only three that aren't are "Scream" by A7X and "Second Chance" and "Sound of Madness" by Shinedown. I'm not gonna lie though, I'd like to see those three make their way into Rock Band someday .
