Guilty Gear Xrd Sign gets M.O.M. mode, teases new character

Plus expanded story, cross play, and more

The new Guilty Gear is coming to PS4 and PS3 in North America this fall. It was originally released in Japanese arcades. Ramlethal Valentine came post launch and will be bundled in the console release, but so too will "new character(s)." So it could even be more than one? Neat.

Xrd Sign will allow PS3 and PS4 (which is 1080p) users to play with one another. You can also transfer saves between both versions. There's also an expanded story mode and Medal of Millionaire mode (MOM), which pits single players against AI to earn medals to strengthen your character. So an RPG-ish progression.

Sounds like a lovely release.
