Stop lying to yourself GTA H8R.
What GTA game would you say is better? San Andreas might come close, and III was truly revolutionary, but Vice City nailed the vibe of an 80s game, and stayed absurd (why Saints Row II is better than GTA IV, for instance) without losing any of its fun.
GTA: Old and busted.
SR: New hotness.
Old and busted. New hotness.
Don't worry, maybe one day Rockstar will make a good GTA again. I hope.
Note just trite little references either like the Scarface chainsaw bathroom easter egg, it's the clothes, the music - man, oh man the music! The soundtrack in VC might just be the best in any non-music videogame ever.
I tend to agree, only nintendo would try to appeal to their audience. It can only make sence that way
you are an obvious noob my friend. Why? Because either you don't understand that if it wasn't for gta then saints row wouldn't even exist. And 2 gta hasn't really changed drastically from what it's been for a while, that is why I personally get bored of gta because I've played years of it. And to clarify your nooberation, saints row got old on it's own on the first game because it lacked creativity in comparison to gta because it tried to be too alike it's older bro. Gta
I'll be the first to admit that IV was a bit of a let down in a lot of ways but the multi (mainly mafia work) kept me entertained for well over a year. I played SR2 for about 2 weeks. Maybe shitty gameplay topped with shitty gimmics just isn't my thing. I'm sure I'm not the only one though. Let's boot up both games and see who's playing what.
I never played the console version though, maybe it looks like crap.
I'd prefer San Andreas though. That game was perfect.
@fetusmilk
can you pilot jets in vice city? i dont think so
Still, I'd be tempted, so long as the controls were slightly reworked - the console versions never worked well in targetting enemies compared to a mouse.
