PSP title Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time will be released next week, on July 31, on both UMD and on PSN. To get you revved up, here's the launch trailer.
I like this game a bit more each time I play it. It's initially easy to get into with its super shiny cutscenes and art, but the story takes a bit to ramp up after the honeymoon period wears off. Now that it has ramped up, the story's quite interesting. Same story with the gameplay: It's slow at first, but it really sucks you in when you have a full party and learn its intricacies. Keep in mind that there's always that Satoshi Urushihara boob shine to keep you engaged throughout.
Look for our full review next week.

Review: Might & Magic Heroes VI: Shades of Darkness
I like the Heroes of Might & Magic series, but it has never been perfect. It's a very niche set of games that aren't quite role-playing titles or full-fledged strategy games. They are almost their own weird hybrid ge...more
