Actually, I'm sure that was a fairly easy model to make (beyond my abilities, but then again I'm not a great modeler). I don't know how Second Life imports things, but the model isn't anything special and the giant cock is just an animated texture on a plane.
I'm going to be a big pussy here as well and say that the video it was based on was one of the most heart-warming things I've ever seen.
