I received my Club Nintendo Hanafuda card set in the mail this week. With that acquisition, I've finally obtained all the 800-coin-and-up rewards on Club Nintendo -- the Hanafuda cards, Game & Watch Collection 1 and 2, the Game & Watch: Ball reprint, and the Gold Wii Nunchuk. I also have the 3DS 18-game card case that, though only worth 250 coins, ran out pretty quickly. Now I play the waiting game for new must-have Club Nintendo goodies.

And just like that, Nintendo posts a new reward: a Super Mario-themed accessory box. For 700 coins, this 11" x 7" x 5.5" canvas box can store spare remotes or any ol' crap you've got littered about in your room. And it's green because, I dunno, Year of Luigi or something.

I'm may actually pass on this one. Storage containers don't really float my boat. I want more special edition controllers, soundtracks, and the like. But if you're interested, do know that the box is in limited supply.

Super Mario Accessory Box [Club Nintendo] (Thanks a bunch, smurfee mcgee!)
