WWAAAAABABABABABA!!!! I loved this game. In terms of quality puzzle games on the Dreamcast, it was either Chu Chu Rocket or Mr. Driller for me. But admittedly, the japanese commercial is even better than the game. It features their demonic cartoon cat chewing mice, an amazing song that defies musical genre (check out this drum and bass remix on DaleNorth.com, thanks D!), and the world's shortest gameplay cameo coupled by a japanese girl yelling something. If that doesn't sell you, I don't know what does. Wait, scratch that. Here we go:

We lost all the Wordpress comments when we upgraded our publishing platform :( Since it's all account-based now we coudln't figure out a way to account for all of those anon accounts

oh my god. i remember seeing this on dtoid when it first was posted. it is still indeed the best japanese gaming commercial.

I think I had that shirt. I know I had a Zelda hat. Still have a Nintendo logo hat somewhere. That kid even kinda looks like me from back then.... can't be me though, I'd never have used a crappy third-party controller! Yeah, I'm cool, I know it.
