Well, maybe all those developers weren't lying: the PlayStation 3 is a bitch to program for. The latest delay casualty for Sony's mean machine is Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, which was originally slated to hit all major platforms around the same time. Time to strike the PS3 from that global launch list:
... Ubisoft announced their Q4 lineup for the 2006-2007 fiscal year. Mysteriously absent from that list is the PlayStation 3 version of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2. The Xbox 360, PSP and PC versions of the game are all listed. Ubisoft informed 1UP that the PlayStation 3 version of the game has not been canceled, it will just release later than the Xbox 360 version of the game.
It's OK Sony fans, some day a developer will get it. We're all just gonna have to be a little patient. All we can hope for is that once devs do understand how to program this thing, they'll unlock a helluva system.

I distinctly remember sony saying the ps2's graphics would blow our nuts right off also...
At least, that's been the story for Sony this far.
Except the moon is mediocrity in the console war.
However, I honestly think Sony can pull something off in a year or so.
Demoting Krazy Ken was a step in the right direction.

The PS3 is too expensive and has few good games so people don't buy it
Thus, the developers don't sell enough games to make up for the higher costs of programming for the PS3 because not enough people have PS3s.
