Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 10th Anniversary Edition is set to come out on iOS and Android devices on December 6, 2012. It'll be going for $4.99, and will feature several enhancements such as updated character models, lighting effects, a more precise firing option, and fully customizable control layout.

Expect a new trailer for the mobile re-release, and some Vice City anniversary-themed collectibles on sale soon as well. Be sure to visit Rockstar Games to see a full list of compatible iOS and Android devices that Vice City will work on.
