I'm so happy. Good thing Aksys is doing the localization again, Aksys did such a wonderful job at translating it, and I didn't want some other studio potentially messing this game up.
For those of you curious, Japanator actually conducted an interview with Ben from Aksys Games about his localization work on Hakuoki. Lots of interesting details about his work process that could be applied to Good People Die as well.

The Vita version had better be coming - those of us in Europe/Australia who will never get a local release of this will need to import that version. Fucking 3DS region lock.

I've never played (or "experienced") 999, but I hope this game is as depressing as it sounds. I enjoy depression influenced by media. Don't ask why.
I imagine I'll get the Vita version as it's screen will make it more enjoyable to read the text. Either way, great news! Hope to hear more soon about both versions.

Once over was acceptable, but having to beat the same rooms 5 times was not really worth the effort for some of the endings.

Now I just have to hope that someone figures out a way to crack the region locking on the 3DS so I can actually play this.

Oh right, yes, THAT was why I was interested in a Vita; lack of region locks for this sort of thing. Thanks for that reminder.
