Gonzo Sega artifacts: Rare promotional Dreamcast First Aid kit, Fanta Saturn?

We simply can't pass up stuff like this when it comes along. UK Resistance spotted a rare Dreamcast-branded first aid kit, complete with bandages and wrist gauze worn by an escapee of The Yellow Submarine. I think I would rather bleed to death than soil something this rare and ridiculous. I wonder what it might fetch on eBay?

This peculiar image was also posted alongside a Fanta-branded (yes, that Fanta) rare Sega Saturn taken from Sega Europe's Flickr that we assume is part of the Want to Win it promotional campaign. Is a four-button white Saturn II coming? Did Dr. Robotnik shoot JFK? Is there no posterity in video game marketing?  Things were so much better when they just used to put Outrun logos on half-naked women.

Sigh.

I am so confused... what exactly is going on? Is that a saturn with just a fanta logo slapped on the front of it? Is it a new saturn? explain yourself now!

Everything, but the saturn with fanta on the front, looks legit. That saturn is such a shitty shoop.

A first aid kit? What the hell? They should make a Wii first aid kit, for all the flying remote related injuries.

Yeah, those Fanta cans are not implying that you can win a saturn, that's just a generic video game console pic. Why is it standing up? Probably because it implies one of the 3 current gen consoles.

I too wondered why a saturn was on my Fanta cans as I consumed them. What a choice of console!

That 1st aid kit is pretty snazzy I would almost cut myself so I could sport a bandaid.
