Damn, next couple of months will be tough. GOW3, Yakuza 3, Heavy Rain and I still have to pick up Demon's Souls. Considering I want a DS and a Wii, that's a bit too much. I'll get the DS first and then we'll see.

Poseidon rules the seas, he still lives on Olympus with the rest of the gods. Presumably he just rises from the water when appearing on Earth. Of course it's all semantics when talking mythology.

@Live by the Sword: Maybe its just me, but that mountain seems to be alive (looks like it has heads). Maybe its a mix between Poseidon and Scylla.

In the first game maybe but I imagine that Poseidon got a little pissed when Kratos invaded Olympus in the end of GoW2 :p
Actually, from what I know about Greek mythology (which is...Not a lot >_>)
Poseidon, Hades and Zeus each got their own realm to govern.
Hades got Hell, Poseidon the sea and Zeus mount Olympus.
But I think that Poseidon is still mad because of the sea creature killed at the beginning of GoW1 orsomething like that.

WoW well it is Sony so sorta saw it coming. But this just tells us that no matter how much armor, gears, hair or popularity u or any one has in battle or war Kratos the God of War will always be on top.

Probably he's angry because of the whole plot of GoW2. Sounds like it's a while since you've played the games. :P
