I don't want to ruin the surprise, but...aw, f*ck it. Dan Aykroyd is going to call you if you pre-ordered the upcoming Ghostbusters game at GameStop. The Canadian actor and comedian may be the most important/famous person ever to call you, so cherish it when you get ringed. Oh, he's not calling you? Well, at least read this transcript so you can know what everyone is talking about.
Greetings fellow paranormal enthusiasts. This is Dan Akyroyd, speaking to you through the miracle of 16-bit voice recording to remind you that your copy of Ghostbusters will be at your local GameStop by tomorrow. I think these call deals are actually very cool!
Although Mr. Aykroyd should have stayed in character as Dr. Raymond Stantz. It would have been neat if Annie Potts as secretary Janine Melnitz was the call, as well.
Can't wait for tomorrow!
That would amazing if the entire thing was in character, like instead of reminding you to pick up a game it was Janine reminding you about your first day at work or something. XD
