Get your holiday on: Rock Band Special Edition Bundle for PS2 and Wii is $99 photo

Yes, some people do not have Rock Band yet -- hard for those of us to imagine who have been rocking out to it for a long time, but that bundle is pricey! Or at least, it was. Today it was announced that the Rock Band Special Edition bundle for PS2 and Wii will be marked down to $99. That's almost ... cheap!

Of course, you can still get the bundle for the 360 and PS3 for $139.99, which isn't half bad either. At any rate, this ought to make quite a few kids scream on Christmas morning ... let's just hope parents have video cameras ready for a possible Nintendo 64 redux.

When I go to www.rockband.com, it shows me a clown who is ridiculing me for living in Europe and actually expecting the Rock Band 2 bundle to arrive in my lifetime.

They're having a Rock Band sale in the UK too: most stores have lowered their price from your house to just the car and family pet.
