You like it when your thumbs smash together when pressing both analog sticks inwards, eh?
Some people, myself included, play with the tips of their thumbs instead of the middle.
Or, you know, play anything on PS3 without getting carpal tunnel. The only game I've played on the Dualshock that actually felt natural was Katamari. The triggers still cause me grief too when trying to simultaneously hold the stick in that odd position.
How anyone can deal with that is beyond me.
.....WTF.
@Lenigod
If there was a .gif for that you would have posted it by now and I would be ROFLMFAOing something fierce. I have no issues and love the PS3 design, tis my favorite controller.
That always puzzled me, as well. All I can figure is that some people who are used to indented-top sticks get in the habit of playing with the middle part of their thumb on the top. Personally, I just feel like I have more control when I play with the tips of my thumbs. I actually have indented-top FPS Freek extenders on my PS3 controllers, but I still play with the tips of my thumbs resting on the edge.
Different people play different ways, I guess. The thing that annoys me are the dumb, "i can't play like that so i can't understand how anyone else can" comments. The only real complaint I have about the PS3 controller is the triggers, and that's easily and cheaply fixed with extenders.
playing. Most of the time I forget it's there after 5 minutes.
yes it will work on a pc ( although its not officially supported) i tried it with steam all you need to do is assign the buttons to a command.
