Get equipped with 'A Mega Man Christmas Carol' photo

If Mega Man were in Ebenezer Scrooge's place, he wouldn't allow himself to get strung along a redemption journey by a bunch of weaksauce spirits. Naw, he'd blow the sh*t out of 'em and call it a night!

That's exactly what Mega Man sprite repository Sprites Inc. has done with this special holiday-themed fan game. This bastardization of the Dickens classic repurposes the four spirits (including the ghost of Scrooge's old business partner, Jacob Marley) as Robot Masters under the command of a deranged Santa, a very obviously drunk Dr. Light. Mega's got no time for this malarkey, so he skips the levels and jumps straight to the boss battles.

It's a very short and humorous treat. Give it a spin! What else are you gonna do this weekend, anyway?

Well, at least the chiptune version of "Carol of the Bells" is good.

I feel like I'm going to break my keyboard over this game.

This game is mad buggy. Fighting the Ghost of Christmas Past he summoned a Plant Man and that Plant Man started floating high in the air, so I couldn't hit him. This also meant that I couldn't do anything about the plant shield around the Ghost of Christmas Past. Then I beat the Ghost of Christmas Present and beat him, and I ended up in some stage where there was no exit.

Me too, I can't get out of it. It even has an 1-Up, which has no use with infinite lives at your disposal. Crazy.

Wish I had seen this in time for Christmas, would have seemed more fitting.

I.... Didin't like this at all, and this is coming from a huge Mega Man fan.
It just wasn't fun. At all.

This is the game's developer speaking. I apologise if you're having a glitchy experience, the game is fairly complex and personally speaking I have just this PC to work with.

Wry Guy/ Gamescook:
That is the first time I've heard of that glitch, and it's not like the game hasn't been playtested often enough - you are the first to report it.
What exactly were you doing at the time? Did it just occur? I'm adding in a fix that should prevent it.

To the News Poster:
Is there any chance you can link to the Newgrounds version instead rather than eating my bandwidth? Thanks

ACE_Spark: listen not to these mega man weaklings! Though I'll admit your control scheme was hard to get used to, I got through it and handled business. The level of difficulty in the game isn't any different from what you get in normal Mega Man games. You done real good, kid!

Thank you Tony!

Also thanks for the comment warhead. For the record, I switched the controls about, since more people are used to that.
I actually do appreicate negative comments, as it helps improve the game... but some people on certain gaming sites (not nesserarly this one) have been rather rude about it. I guess that's the internet for you.

I have been fixing issues non-stop. At the end of the day, I just wanted a fun little Megaman game for my Youtube and Sprites INC fans. I was rather shocked to see it here.
