gamestop called me earlier about it though i didnt catch what they said, i was thrown way off by how perky the person sounded.
The PC version uses STEAM. The game is locked until the 6th, so this doesn't help any.

The 360 version actually leaked 2 days ago. Or rather, it was up for download 2 days ago, so it may have leaked a day or two before that. Too bad I don't have a modded Xbox.
Some of the lesser known games get placed on the shelves early because of the Street dates not being known. Wal-Mart thinks its a bright idea to not put street dates on the boxes they ship new release content in. Hell just this morning I had to pull Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines from the shelve.
My Walmart (my job) doesn't even get most games out on Tuesdays, my electronics just look at me when I ask for a new game.
I'm the dude who sent in the tip, I can confidently say it is a goddamn blast to play, only complaints so far are some glitched lighting effects, loot respawns a bit too gratuitously, and it's a bit awkward trying to quick transition from swinging a melee weapon to throwing it. Overall I highly recommend it!
