Get a free comic from Sony photo

Do you like free stuff? Of course you do. Sometimes you even take free stuff when you don't want it, simply because it is free. A train whistle might be a good example of this. Well, if you're in the mood to get something free that you may or may not want and you own a PSP then Sony has got a deal for you. To get people excited for the PSP's digital comic store, which is landing next month, the company is giving away a free comic.

If you want to read an issues of Star Trek: Year Four - The Enterprise Experiment then boot up your PSP, download the digital comic reader, head into the Playstation Store and enter this code: 724K-A4BG-JLD7. Comic! In your hands. Done and done. Get to reading. If Star Trek ain't your bag, baby, don't fear. Sony will be handing out more free comics via the Playstation comics site and Twitter. It should also be pointed out that the Star Trek comic can only be downloaded for free until Dec. 16, which hints at when we might be seeing the comic store go live.

pffffft why am I even trying to convince people to get a psp????

Sony keeps shafting us like crazy... we don't even get the comic-book-reader...

Its also completely illogical, in Europe Sony's products sell the best compared to their competitors and yet they keep fucking us over...

Don't you usually make your free samples really good, so that people like the flavor and come back to buy more?

This is like if McDonald's had a sample tray that consisted of stuff that fell on the floor.

There are a total of 4 codes being given out to American PSN users:

EC2N-9HBR-HJD6 - Transformers: All Hail Megatron #1
724K-A4BG-JLD7 - Star Trek Year Four: The Enterprise Experiment #1 (by DC Fontana!)
63N8-R2BF-9E4D - Aleister Arcane #1
FF3N-H7B6-M2JF - Astro Boy: Movie Adaptation #1 (not by Osamu Tezuka, but I still liked the movie!)

Every time I use one of the codes, it downloads the whole thing 100%, then just says "download failed".

@DustyBlue If you got that failed message, you should try deactivating the Videos/Comics on your PSP. You can do this by going to Account Management>System Activation>Videos/Comics . After that, try to download it. If the comic does does not show up on the download list on the PS Store, go to Accoount Management>Transaction Management>Download List, and the comic should be there, then download it. Something that i found out was that, if you're downloading a comic and it takes like, 55 seconds to download, it's probably gonna give you the failed message, while if it takes 4-6 minutes to download, then its right. Hope I was of some help! :)
