Ugh. I’m still having a hard time grasping how easy it is to kill a Terminator in Terminator: Salvation. But the footage doesn’t lie -- you’ll be killing many a machine in your rebel adventures. But you don’t have to do it all yourself. GRIN’s upcoming motion picture action title will support split-screen cooperative play.
Yep. The publisher of the game, Warner Bros., released a trailer this afternoon featuring nothing but hardcore split-screen action. It’s another montage that you can view after the break if you’re feeling frisky.
I think I’m coming off my pre-release high for Terminator: Salvation, so I’ll shut my trap and let our preview speak for the game. However, you guys totally shouldn’t. There’s a lot of combat in the trailer and we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Does that mean it's local only or will there also be an online mode as well? It'll be lame if it doesn't include online because far too many games have been doing that lately. I know a lot of people on my friends list who would like to shoot homicidal robots and androids with me.
This is the first time I've seen footage of this game, so my thoughts are... why is everything trying to be Gears of War? Third person shooter with a cover system... that seems like the majority of games now.
Sure it's a little lame that the co-op is only slpit-screen.
But i'll take that over online anytime.
Nothing ruins a game for me more than a game having only online MP.
Actually games with any kind of MP component should have splitscreen.
Since most of the time a game can run 2 people on it just the devs were either to lazy or rushed to include it.
Sure some say it's underutlized but the people who mainly play Split-screen don't have online or don't have it very often.
So you can't exactly calculate how much its true performance is.
It looks like it controls a bit clunky. I watched the game play trailer, I know what I'm talking about.
It would be nice if this game doesn't suck. I haven't played a decent Terminator game since Robocop VS Terminator on the Genesis which was fucking BALLER.
So far this one looks ok but I am slightly underwhelmed. It probably just needs more light trashing in game.

Although it would be nice if they had ONLINE co-op.
