eBay has an awesome deal for Xbox Live Gold today. You can get a years subscription of Gold for $27.99, saving yourself $22 from the regular price of $49.99. The deal is only good until June 28, 8:00 PDT so you better act fast.
This deal is especially good for all you collectors out there. I've never seen a green and Avatar themed 12 month Live card yet. This is a must just for the packaging alone. Prove you're the biggest Xbox 360 fanboy with your stack of useless Xbox related packages!

Considering the complex system that you can get for the deal, $27.99 aint bad.
Step 1) Ask your mom for a 360 for Christmas
Step 2) Sign up for a windows live email account
Step 3) Input your email into your 360, and when they ask "how are you paying for a Gold membership?" you hit "I'm not": you receive 1 month free.
Step 4) Repeat
Step 5) Waaambulance is called off
Deal sounds good but it's the kind of thing that doesn't apply to people on my part of the world
But then how do you unlock achievements for your original account?
With no Achievements there is no purpose in owning a 360.
