Abbreviations are fun, huh?

Here's some sexy video captured via the magic of shaky-cam from the floor of GDC 2007. As you can tell, the physics seem to be pretty close to what they were in the 2004 iteration, and the controls are on par with Halo's for responsive, console FPS action. Pretty, isn't she?

The color isnt good enough on that monitor ( or the video quality ) for me to make the statement that its good.

Although It must be good .. Is the Xbox 360 version still being released 1st or are they both coming out same time now ?

first off, the colors look absolutely disgusting. What settings are you using on the camera? cus it looks like shit.

secondly, you can totally tell they are using a dual analog controller. They don't turn around fast enough, which is a huge part of the game. You need to be able to whip the mouse around directly behind you at moments notice. If it takes time to turn around the core of the sporatic balls to the wall gameplay is destroyed.

That's what I hate about playing console FPSes... Oh shit, a guy behind you! Turn around!

No, he's running in a circle, and you can't TURN FAST ENOUGH TO KEEP UP WITH HIM.

Makes no sense...

looked alright but really didn't much different from other similar FPS games. But I tend to like these if the online is up to par so it has potential to be a hit.

Looked kinda jerky. I dunno, these spazzy FPS deathmatch games don't give me a hard-on like they used to. Same old weapons, same old premise, new coat of paint.

And this is exactly why I will be playing the PC version.
First of all, as far as I know, UT games feature 9-10 weapons.
How are you EVER going to switch weapons that quickly on a controller? So that eliminates any special tricks like rocket bouncing from the PC UT games being used.
Second of all, by the looks of it there's no autoaim. The weapons are just not consoley. Halo 2 had massive autoaim, and burst/full auto weapons. These weapons are hard as hell to use even on the PC version.
So IMO, UT + controller = failure
