Hooray pictures! Not everything here at the GDC is breaking news, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t fun to be had. With industry parties every night, the mornings can be a little rough, and sometimes the free boxed lunches we get aren’t enough to cure a case of the cocktail flu. But hey, that’s the tough life we robots lead and we’re not complaining, we’re just happy to be here.

Gotta say, I've been pretty let down by the Dtoid coverage of GDC. Kotaku is all over this shit, and it seems like you guys are either having technical problems or not even trying. I try not to be so blatantly critical, but pretty much all of the GDC info I've seen here has been available somewhere else more quickly and with more diligence. Perhaps there are extenuating circumstances, but you guys might be slipping...
and Nex... the faux-hawk? just stop it. stop it right now. either shave it and make a real hawk or just comb your hair normally. please, for the sake of the children.

And pay no mind to the guys above criticizing your coverage. 98% of your readers aren't sitting in front of their PCs hitting F5 all day long waiting for new front-page stories. For me, at least, there are more articles than I can catch up with, and I have to skip over the ones I'm not especially interested in. (For example, those posted by Summa. Hater! =p)
