GC 10: Talking retro with Daedalic

3:30 PM on 08.20.2010

Growing up in the hands of Loom and Day of the Tentacle, my heart always beats higher whenever I hear about a new point and click adventure coming out. One could say that Daedalic is like a dinosaur with lasers coming out of it's mouth. They are one of the few companies to focus only on adventure games like the ones we learned to love as kids.

I had the chance to take a look at their new game, A New Beginning, and had a little chat with Daedalic's PR  about adventure games in general and their new game. If you're even remotely interested in the fine art of pointing and clicking on your computer screen, you are going to fall in love with this game's beautiful art style and its mature yet witty story.
