Trust Sega to show off the Xenomorph gameplay in Aliens vs. Predator at an event I couldn't attend. I've seen Marines in action, I've watched a Predator demo, but I wanted to see the Aliens more than anything. Ah well, at least there are some wonderful new screenshots to make me feel a little better.
The above screenshot is all that I need to convince me that AvP will be one of my favorite games of 2010. That's a Xenomorph holding a man down so a facehugger can molest his astonished mouth. It's not often you can say a game lets you take part in an intergalactic gangrape. AvP makes the dream come alive. The dream we've all had.
I want this game. I want it now. February is too far away.

That wild and crazy assumption aside, I want this game to come out already so I can slash marines as other worldly creatures.

That aside...I hope this means that multiplayer Life-Cycle mode will be back with better balance.
