Commander Shepard has to assemble the nastiest and deadliest cast of characters around him if he -- and the rest of human civilization -- is to have a chance at finding out why his race is disappearing in Mass Effect 2. The faceless assassin Thane is one of these characters. Add Grunt to the sure-to-be-growing list.
Grunt is described as an erratic Krogan who never felt defeat. Like Wrex, Grunt is billed as a strong fighter with a mean streak. The official release questions his loyalty, which we’ll take as a good thing. Grunt is like the Wrex we’ll never have -- but we may see -- in the next Mass Effect.

I really got attatched to my crew. :(
I have a feeling (hoping) that this might be the kind of thing effected by that 'choice.' Could be interesting.
And toads? I always thought they looked more like big ol' shark people.
With the teeth and hump and all.
Also wrex was my best bud with Ashley as my girl and we just fucked shit up. I just hope the fill some role like after something happens they rescue your team and you can then accept missions from them because in my play though I only lost the guy with the migraines
