It's been ages since I last played a Mario & Luigi RPG, so I'm looking forward to Bowser's Inside Story like there's no tomorrow. To help keep the excitement up, a whole bunch of screens, artwork and a new trailer have surfaced from the depths of Gamescom, which we're sharing with you because we're so nice.
The assets speak for themselves, so I won't waste much more of your time. Peruse the gallery, hit the jump for the trailer, and enjoy the anticipation of what looks like it'll be another wonderful entry in a wonderful series.

Meet the rest of the team
I played some of partners in time, and the game was so slow I couldn't get into it. It's too bad b/c it actually looks like it uses some good ideas, too.
The first one of these on the DS was epic as balls. I ran out of shit to use on the last boss and spent 45 minutes hitting her with my weakest attack to beat her. It was the most epic stressful crazy game ever.
Not only have I not play a Mario RPG in a long time, I also haven't played a DS game in a long time. Looks like a good way to start, I'll be watching out for this.
This is the first time I'm actually antsy for a DS game since the console was released.

It was pretty missable, really. Having to play as the babies was pretty uncool. It took away a lot of the original charm.
I was going to get this because it seems to be on par with the original, and I loved the original game over Partners in Time. Actually, I still am, but now I'm curious as to why Bowser grows the size of a castle and proceeds to...punch a castle.

The first one was epic, not sure about about partners in time though. Never played that one.
I never beat Partners in Time. Don't know why.

Also Fawful is the villain, so just for that it's really shaping up great.
