Since most of the games are online co-op only and the trend is going there, I don't even know anymore why I have bought a 2nd and 3rd controller...

This floppy dinkus was about to throw a fit! But quickly realized it was confirmed for the PAL regions ages ago and stayed calm and cool.
I'll probably pick it up, my friends are slightly myopic (don't like to look for the glowing Player-Indicator light) and very competitive when we play LBP2. Perhaps I can arrange something akin to Pokemon battles for those who want to play with the gold controller.

You know, its pretty rare that I feel pride in the gaming community these days. This is one of those occasions.
I don't agree with the 4chan raids, that shit was beyond infantile, and I think that it can be worth examining how women are portrayed in A FANTASY setting.
But the more hardcore gamers, the ones that follow journalism and the movements of the industry, the ones that can be dicks at times but also caring and helpful at others, have put their feet down. Look at the comments on kotaku, and even dtoid. Not the rambling one liners from the simpletons, but the well reasoned and fleshed out ones.
Gamers are telling feminism to fuck off, and take their whining attempts to shame them for their hobbies with them. Most other groups have buckled under the heckling attempts to shame and villify them into going with what they believe is the only right way. Yet gamers, a group consisting of people likely given shit their entire lives, are standing their ground. Modern feminism as an ideology isn't used to people actually fighting back with logic and reason, and people are flipping shit about it.
Their only choice is to get involved and make games that appeal to them, the way the industry started out when guys were pretty much the only ones that played. If guys want to play games with boobs and blood (and objectifications of their own! Fancy that!), its no one elses place to tell them not to. Seeing as how game companies are not going to bite the hands that feed them, the ball is in the feminist's court to do their own dirty work because the gamers have spoken.

You can always write something on the C-Blogs that gives links and/or more space to write what you wish to intend. They're just trying to let you know that you're posting in the wrong place and not reaching anyone who's going to be concerned about what you have to say on that topic, DLZ. As mentioned, a Cblog is the place for that. Attempting to threadjack is rude and only serves to get you ignored or trolled.

@DLZ "getting exposure" and insulting others do not create the best effect you seem to want. And I hope you are smart enough to realize that this particular action of yours garners some negative and valid feedback as result(and thereby I men both being insulting and posting this in random topic).
