I fear this is the closest thing I'll get to a Bayonetta 2. This makes me sad, because this looks like it'll take the massive variability of Bayonetta huge weapon array and combo potential and awesome black magic flavour, and replace it with a sword. All the while assaulting my earholes with the sort of over-written over-dramatic pseudo intellectual wank metal gear fanboys apparently can't go 5 seconds without.

The only thing I'm worried about is a lack of enemy variety, but considering the amount of new foes that the trailers are showing, and the fact that this is Platinum, I think we are in good hands in that department.
I'm so freakishly happy Platinum got to make this game. It looks like the video game I've been wanting since I was 5. It looks so perfect it can't be bad right? If anything it will at least be miles better than Bayonetta simply because she isn't in it! Pretty sure I've mentioned how much I hate Bayonetta.
