Hamza: I played a bunch of Atari games with the only ones I can talk about being The Chase, Sacred 2 and My Horse and Me. I sat through 40 minutes of My Horse and Me and I still have no idea why I did it.
At least I ended the week by playing the new Prince of Persia!
Topher: Baltimore NARP. I played everything.
DMV: Valkyria Chronicles is the only thing I've gotten to play in between watching Korean films and writing about them. I can't wait until the semester is over, just so I can take a break from writing and play some games.
Nick: Prince of Persia on the PlayStation 3; Prince of Persia: Fallen King on the DS; Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe on both PS3 and 360; Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 on the Nintendo DS; and some other games that are played on consoles.
Jim: I am slowly getting used to Fallout 3. Starting to look forward to playing it during the day, even though I'm still not utterly enthralled. I also played through Gears 2 again with my brother, and completed Call of Duty: World at War for review. Two of these games I will play in the future. One I will not. Guess which is which.
Colette: It's been a whole lot of Fallout 3 for me this past week and not much else, although I did enjoy the hell out of that Left4Dead demo a few days back.
Chad: I officially decided: I will hard pressed to find a better game than World of Goo this year. That game is so freakin' amazing I don't even have the words to describe it. But, then again, I haven't played Fallout 3 yet. Or Resistance 2. Or Left 4 Dead. Or Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. Goddammit, I am so behind!
Also, just starting Dead Space as a type this ...
Conrad: I'm still completely sucked into Fallout 3. I did manage to break away for short doses of Geometry Wars 2 and Rock Band 2.
That video is a classic
Gears 2, going back through on Insane with a friend, and just ordered Mirror's Edge.
After getting my final achievement in The Orange Box (very proud to have 1000/1000 in such a great game collection), I've returned to playing Fable 1.
I beat mirror's edge,Played some banjo XBLA and B&k:Nuts and bolts that's about it.
Been hitting the L4D multiplayer when I can actually get on a session... anyone else having major Steam issues since the two patches?
I'm gonna repeatedly play the L4D and ME demos, because I'm poor and they're fucking awesome. Also, finally got Rain-Slicked Precipice Ep. 1, and played through that. Now I gotta finish up some achievments on it. Also HL Ep. 1 and 2.
Mirror's Edge is basically all I played this weekend. Finished it for the first time yesterday, and then put on some podcasts and stormed through Hard Mode without shooting any enemies. The final room is an absolute asshole, but I did manage to finish it again in that same day.
I wouldn't say it's a short game though. I mean the game relies on eventual mastery of the levels to get those competitive speed-run scores, and so there being less levels means that you are an assload more likely to be able to learn them inside and out to speed the hell up.
Completing the Office Time Trial was the highlight of my week as sneaky path-finding meant I could finish it in just 22 seconds, which is something I will definitely use to speed up my achievement run. Such a sweet game.
The Left 4 Dead demo, and a bit of the new SFII table on Pinball FX. Also a little Pokemon Puzzle League on the virtual console.
Mirror's Edge, Fallout 3, Rock Band in spurts, and trying to figure out how the hell to play Every Extend Extra Extreme.
gears gears gears
After beating Resistance 2's single player campaign on monday, I've been focusing mostly on Fallout 3.
@ BFeld13: Always detonate before your shield runs out, don't try to push it. Cancel your explosions every now and then to grab the yellow time pickups in Unlimited mode; if you keep your timer full and don't blow your built up multiplier/speed bonuses by dying, you can pretty much play forever and rack up huge scores. In Limited mode, work on your timing to get beat bonuses as often as you can. Grab speed and multiplier pickups as quickly as possible to help you get higher scoring combos before time runs out.
left 4 dead, penny arcade adventures epidoe 2, and the world at war beta made go back to CoD 4.
Heh, I used to watch that. Also, why are there hardly any staff members participating, this week?
I'm going to whip through the rest of Mirror's Edge and then jump back into Fallout 3.
Yes! More people playing My Horse and Me!!! It's just hypnotically good.
I'm on 10 hours playing the L4D demo. When that baby hits proper I'm getting a catheter.
GUN and MGS3 with a spinkle of CoD4 MP PC. My calender is stuck on 2007, and I refuse to turn the numbered bitch.
12 hours so far on Left 4 Dead demo, for a 20 minute demo I am so excited for the full game.
Rock Band 2, World of Goo, Pure and Banjo Kazooie on XBLA. Wanting to go back to Fallout 3 but I am too busy with college this week.

Here is a actual episode where they just fuck around with sexual innuendos.
TF2, some Counterstrike, some Zombie Panic, Motorstorm:PacRift, L4D demo...and I beat off three times just to the thought Need For Speed:Undercover this week.
If you can find it check out Peter Jackson's (yes, thats the LOTR Peter Jackson) Meet the Feebles. The movie is like Jim Henson's muppets on acid. Trust me the movie is funny I've only seen a clip but its raunchy as hell.
CoD World at War, Fallout every once in a while, MK v DC just started today, beat gears on hardcore, that was enough for me, ad im getting left for dead tomorrow. L4D has to be my most anticipated game of the year
What? No original Banjo Kazooie on Live Arcade? :P
Lots of LBP, to the point of wanting to throw my controller at times. I'm working on !00% the single player and so far I just have all of The Temples left and The Bunker( I might shoot myself before acing that one) and The Collector's Layer. I need some friends on PSN to help me get the items that are multiplayer only and I'll be ready to hit up the user created content.
Mostly Fallout 3. I finished On the Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 1 yesterday and I'm blasting through Episode 2.
I've been playing LBP, tons of Fallout 3, and a little bit of Resistance 2. I also got Prince of Persia Classic on PSN. I can't wait for the new one.
I feel like a godamn nerd but I've been playing Animal Crossing: City Folk. Wii only dude up in here.
Its funny because you said foreskin.
getting Fallout 3 in whenever my work schedule allows me a few hours alone. also finally getting to play bionic commando rearmed and some final fantasy iv on the ds
Me and the wife played through gears2 and are currently enjoying the WotLK expansion. Also the left4dead demo is tasty cakes.
LittleBigPlanet... And I'm sad, because of my network problems I didnt get a chance to properly enjoy the game.
I also started playing Ocarina of Time again yesterday, and I just became Adult Link. Its 10 years since it was released in a couple of days.
i've been playing megaman battle network/2/3 for the past few weeks, and will probably start 4 soon.
yes, i actually like that series.
Mirror's Edge has been my main priority this week, finished Chapter 5 yesterday and I'm going to do Chapter 6 later tonight. Enjoying it massively so far, and my hunger for Trophies is really keeping me going at the time trials.
Motorstorm: Pacific Rift has also been going into the PS3, its immeasurably better than the original and a hell of a lot more fun.
Also Valkyria Chronicles, I think we all know how good that game is.
King of Fighters 2002, and Garou: Mark of the Wolves.
Just placed an order for the Wii version of Tatsunoko vs Capcom, and still eagerly awaiting Left 4 Dead. Wow, L4D is going to eat up all my time.
I just finished Fallout 3 yesterday, so then I decided to (finally) star Megal Gear Solid 2. I'm like 4 or 5 hours in, and it's really really fun!
Also a lot of Valkyria Chronicles, and a tiny bit of LittleBIgPlanet.
resistance 2 and original syphon filter
last week fallout. Beat it today and was let down by its ending
trading it in for L4D come tuesday
@garison: Enjoy MGS2, it's crazy shit.
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (on my Wii, never had a Gamecube.) Basically bought it because I love advance wars, saw it's by the same people, and thought Ike was pretty cool in Brawl.
Final Fantasy IV (On GBA). Game save got wiped somehow, but I found "a way" to continue from almost where I left off, so I've been level grinding and I'm almost done with that.
Resistance 2. The competitive is really starting to grow on me but co-op is where it's at.
Little Big Planet
Fallout 3
Left 4 Dead demo (and in a day or so, the full version)
and God Hand, which I picked up for 10 bucks in a Best Buy bargain bin the other week.
Now as for what I have LEFT to play, well Jesus Christ. So many games sitting on my desk, waiting to be played. If only I wasn't sucked completely into LBP at the moment..
GTA4...the game is highly over rated.
Stranglehold is fucking amazing. That is all.
manasteel88:
Welcome to 8 months ago.
resistance 2, lbp, deadspace, wipeout hd
Both Banjos like a sumbitch! Nuts and Bolts' vehicle editor is sickeningly addictive, I just make them to mess around with them. I'll probably never finish the game as a result.
And the original Banjo holds up brilliantly. I love that game as if it were my child.
I don't think I managed any time with games this week unfortunately. Been too busy with write a 17 page paper and study for my $300 certification test. le sigh
what's rolled back if we're circumzized and not jewish?
Not much, just some CV: OoE and some Gears of War 2.
