Gamer Arts & Crafts : Cuppycake edition!

[Editor's note: Riomccarthy is a very talented artist. She loves to make hats (look at her past C-Blogs, Cosplay, and is a just all around awesome gal. Yesterday, she continued to prove how amazing she is by making all these videogame themed cupcakes including a very delicious looking Mr. Destructoid cupcake. NOM NOM NOM! -- CTZ

OK, so this was definitely a first for me. Well, not the making cupcakes part, but you know, this is my first time I'd ever decorated them with fondant. I started about 11 a.m. this morning baking them, and a little over 10 hours later I had these!

More of the process and tasty looking pictures after the jump!

Now, it's not often that I have quite that much free time to do that brain numbing of decorating, but it was enjoyable. I think they all turned out pretty well, especially given the time and effort it took. I have some fondant left over so I'll probably make more at some point, but not nearly as many in one day next time.

Just for a note: All of the colors were hand dyed, as the fondant starts out as white. So all of these were hand crafted and hand dyed.

So what do you think?

In case there are any that are questionable, here's a list of what's what:
1. Piranha Flower from Super Mario Bros.

3. Mr. Destructoid!!!!!! =P
4. Chain Chomp from Mario.
5. Triforce from Zelda
6. Star from Mario
7. Pacman
8. Blinky from Pacman
9. Cactaur from Final Fantasy
10. Pikachu from Pokemon
11. Chocobo from Final Fantasy
12. Slime from Dragon Quest
13. ShinRa logo from Final Fantasy VII
14. Companion Cube from Portal
15. Mog from Final Fantasy

Enjoy everyone!

Farts 'N' Crafts: Watch Dogs Vs. Mortal Kombat Vs. Garfield

Here on Farts 'N' Crafts, we tackle a lot of hard-hitting issues. And by hard-hitting issues, I specifically mean "bodily fluids," which is almost ironic considering the show's title. We've done dog feces, we've gone hedgeho...more
