When I talked about splurging on Destructoid's anniversary party, there was no money better spent than (A) flying my peeps down to Miami and (B) inviting my favorite gaming industry music performer Jonathan "GameJew" Mann to party with us. Here's a priceless video clip from the second night featuring our limo man, Douglas. You'll hear his pitch for a reality TV show (a spy camera in his hat), the Destructoid theme song performed in accapella, and the most outgoing alligator suddenly comes to life in the master puppeteer's hands. He writes:
This past weekend I got to party with the good folks from Destructoid to celebrate their 1 year anniversary. We went out to clubs, hung out on the beach, gawked at the crazy spring breakers, and got to see DJ Paul Oakenfold look like a magician without a hat. Seriously, that guy looks like a magician.
I have to say that they are some of the nicest, warmest, most fun loving people I've met in the gaming world. Also, they are completely nuts. Anyway, here's a little video spotlighting one of the many highlights of the trip: The Stretch Hummersine.
As expected, he added so much pure awesomeness to every moment in his own unpredictable signature style. I also learned to love blintzes for breakfast. Gotta say it: Best.weekend.evAAAAr!!!

Looks like a good time. In other news, I just got my Destructoid shirt today. I'm loving the free stickers. But whenever I get a kick ass sticker I'm so anal as to where to put it I never end up using it. I'm an asshole.
Wouldn't secretly recording people in the back of a limo be... illegal? How did they get those people in Taxi Cab Confessions to do their thing? I'm assuming they had to sign a waiver after the ride was over to use their recordings.
