Hands-down, my favorite event of the year is the Game Developers Conference. Between the sessions and the opportunity to commune with people who share an incredible passion for games, I always come away from it with a new perspective and new ideas.
Today, conference organizers announced dates for next year's show, which will run March 17-21, returning once more to the Moscone Center in downtown San Francisco. Registration for the show is scheduled to open later this month.
