Game Debate to the Death! Goro VS Zangief photo

Last week the claws came out in the cat fight between Chun-Li and Vega. After a week of scratches and kicks, the Dtoid army sent one loser walking off with their blond braids hanging between their hind legs. Here are the results:
  • Vega: 13 votes
  • Chun Li: 38 votes - Winner!

Well, at least Vega managed to do better than Sheeva against thunder thighs. This week's battle brings us to the last fight of round two, and one step closer to the final four. Ryu, M. Bison, and Chun-Li have all moved on, and it looks like a player from Street Fighter will take home the trophy unless the four-armed freak can win the next three fights.

This week's battle is between the two behemoths Zangief and Goro, and it's up to you to decide the winner. The Soviet cyclone who fights bears for fun dominated Liu Kang in the last round, and Goro proved to be more dangerous than a centaur with a metallic rat tail. Who is the better fighter, and why? Cast your votes, give us a reason for your decision, get some friends to vote, and check back next week for the winner.

I vote Zangief all the way. Also I think the person putting together these images of the fighters isn't putting up a fair representation of the characters. What is that fat little blobby Zangief? A quick google image copy/paste shows Zangief is about the same height as Goro... and twice as manly.

This is hard. These characters are probably both my least favorite characters in both the series, so it's really up in the air for me.........................I guess I'll go with goro because he has the advantage of having an extra pair of limbs.

I was gonna go for Goro but, being the non-street fighter guy that I am, I didn't realize Zangief practiced against bears. BEARS! Zenpuff is right, Zangief wins. I think I might go buy Street Fighter II on the XBOX Live Arcade.

Doesn't it seem odd to you guys that Goro only has one set of pectorals? I have a feeling that bottom set of arms would be way less useful than the programmers have fooled us into believing.
