If Goro knocked him over it might be over, but even the, Motaro has a huge ass tail to help him out. Not to mention his harming hooves. My vote is for Motaro.

Motaro would win. he is immune to a good amount of moves in the game, and so I don't think he'd get hit by the teleport stomp. That move Motaro picks you up and punches you in the face is unblockable too I think, and that's vicious.
