Game Debate to the Death!<br>Best Halo 3 multiplayer level? photo

In the last debate we discussed which Halo 2 multiplayer map was our favorite, and this week we're finishing the fight. For the main level debate we had votes cast evenly for just about every level, except for the one that won by a complete landslide. The bonus question about everyone's favorite weapon in the Halo series was much more even though, with the plasma grenade, needler, shotgun, pistol, and sniper rifle all coming close to the winning weapon. Here are the top results from each category:

  • Favorite Halo 2 Level: Lockout!
  • Favorite Halo Series Weapon: Battle Rifle!

For this week we're finally putting all the headshots and halos to rest, with one last FPS multiplayer level debate. Including all of the bonus levels that have come out since its release date, which multiplayer level in Halo 3 is your favorite, and why? If you still haven't gotten around to trying the new map pack, don't worry, you've got all week to vote. Give it some serious thought, cast your vote and reasons, get some Xbox friends to share their opinions as well, and check back next week for the winner.

Bonus Question: Any suggestions for a game debate you would like to see next week?

Either Foundry for the epic map making possibilities or High Ground for the one flag/bomb battles

Last Resort was my favorite. It was close between that and Standoff.

Next week you should do this on 2d fighters.

FOUNDRY

It can not only be ALL THE OTHER LEVELS, it is so customisable it has so many hundreds or variations that it's got to be the best level.

Considering it's built for Forge, it's almost cheating.

Valhalla

And Forge is the suckiest map customizer yet. At least TimeSplitters 3 lets you build your own maps.

The Pit by far. Its the only good map in Halo 3. Its hard to explain why its so good. It just plays right. The way the map is set up is perfect for MLG. And if you get regular slayer, theres enough BR's to shoot off AR wielding kids. And the AR isnt a power weapon on this map. Camping isnt an issue on this map either. Best Halo 3 weapon is the Battle Rife

Well in my opinion, Guardian. My friends and I play random on that to unlimited kills. And we just have a blast. I swear to god I'm sick of Blackout.

High Ground, Last Resort, Guardian and Foundry

They're all great for their own reasons, but I'll always have a special place in my heart for Beaver Creek ::Sigh:: I hope they remake that one.

I would have normally said Guardian, but just by design, Blackout. I can't deny my love for Lockout.
