In the
last debate we discussed which
Halo: Combat Evolved multiplayer map was our favorite, and while the winner was no surprise, it was still fun to see the battle for second place. We also argued over which of the three
Halo games was the best, and the chronological outcome was much closer than I expected it to be. Here are the top results from each category:

For this week we continue the fight and move on to the sequel that caused my college attendance rates to plummet the week it was released. Including the bonus levels in the map pack, which multiplayer level in Halo 2 is your favorite, and why? As for the bonus question, I’m going to have to go with the pistol from Halo. That thing was unstoppable.
Bonus Question: The battle rifle from Halo 2 partly because I owned with it.

I'm tempted to vote for a bunch of different weapons... plasma pistol + human pistol.. the sword... but my favorite is definitely plasma grenades. Sticky bombs are fun as hell, and it makes me feel like I'm playing Smash Bros when I get to throw shit around a map to kill people.

For weapon, I have to say needler, though shotgun, Halo one pistol, and assailt rifle/battle rifle come close. the destrictive capability of a dual weilded Halo 2 Needler is inconceviable
Ghost in Halo 2. It's a weapon.
Bonus question: The sniper rifle is probably the only weapon that has been consistently useful for me throughout all three titles. Even with the slight revisions, it's always a valuable tool in my arsenal. The Halo:CE pistol and Halo 2 & 3 BRs are a close second.
The weapons I'm best with are the battle rifle and the sword however I'm going to go with Needlers just because they're so damn satisfying

That Brute Needler thingy.
It's a difficult choice though; Halo 2 had some good maps (what Halo 3 is lacking IMO). I can't understand why people love Lockout so much, it was the one i hated most! (along side warlock, of course)
Also the Needler since its prolly the most unique and satisfying weapon in Halo, especailly in Halo 1 with the multiple explosions.
Most satisfying weapon is the pistol, in all 3 titles. In Halo 1 its great because its so overpowered, in the other 2 its awesome because nothing is more embarresing then being killed by the pistol.

Human Sniper Rifle is satisfying fun, and has been one of the constants of Halo through all three iterations. I <3 it.
As for the weapon, I'm going to have to go with the shotgun. It's not a perfect gun, and it certainly has had its reliability issues, but I don't think there's a more satisfying weapon to get a kill with.
After that, shotgun from the original halo, my first love.
I'll say the needler. it's just so much fun to watch someone blow up in a cloud of pink fuzz.
My favorite weapon has to be plasma grenade, I love sticking people with those things.

Battle Rifle. It's so damn fun to use, I can't think of any other weapon I'd have in my arsenal.

fav weapon...gotta be the pistol. in halo one it's just plane fun, in halo 2 , it's awesome for headshots, and in halo 3...it's embarrasing to kill someone with it...
As for the weapon. The Plasma Sword because it is a really funny weapon to use for the cocky player.

As for favorite weapon, easily the battle rifle. Don't really have an explanation other then that is badass.

My favorite weapon in the Halo games is probably the Needler, because it's really demoralizing to kill somebody with it.
As for the bonus question, I was very partial to the Pistol/SMG combo in Halo2. One of the few combos that could take down a lunging sword attacker before they reached you.
it had zoom, headshots were cake, and it's all you needed up close or far away.
My favorite weapon in the Halo series is the shotgun. I like rushing in and killing guys close range, or staying back at base and waiting for some schmuck to run around the corner and get a face full of buckshot.
About the bonus question on the weapon...eh... hard to choose, they all are good in different situations. I guess I will go with a Halo 2 battle rifle.

as for the weapon.....
very though choice... there is the battle rifle from halo 2, the pistol from halo 1. and really any human sniper. but i have to pick the battle rifle of halo 2 because it is not overpowering like the awesome halo 1 pistol so it is more fair and it also requires some skill to use.
