Why can't there ever just be a few bugs? They've always got to come in massive swarms, as evidencing once more in gaming, this time by Galaga Legions DX for PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
I couldn't get into Galaga Legions as much as Pac-Man Championship Edition or its DX predecessor, so the tweaks are kind of lost on me here. I can say with absolute certainty, however, that you should watch this video with the volume turned up if you're having trouble waking up.
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied: "bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

yeah this just looks like more of the same. That isn't bad, but pacman DX was kind of a significant step away from championship edition, and I wouldn't want to pay the inevitable 10 dollar price tag for this.
Knowing Namco, they'll eventually put both galaga and pacman DX together on a disk, or as bonuses to another game, so I guess I'll wait until then.
Looks like it is trying too hard, after all the other bullet hell and indie shooters.
Plus it is another game infected with glowing neon effects. Glowing neon light is the new particle effect of shooters, and particle effects never left in the first place.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Hum.. isn't DX a successor?
Do you mean "successor", or do you subscribe to some alternate elastic view of chronology?
