Apparently, G4TV has a big announcement they plan to reveal this Thursday night during
Attack of the Show. No word yet on what it could be, but the rumor is that G4 will be going to HD format for all their shows.
Does
Cops come in HD? Oh, never mind. Some shows on the network have already switched to widescreen format, and HD could be a possibly, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an all tech channel again. Canada's G4 is still all tech, and it's much better that way.
Stay tuned to G4TV this Thursday at 7:20pm EST to watch for this big announcement ... the biggest announcement G4 has ever released!

now that they are byndicating other stuff, it makes it seem like they are running out of programming... although the Sasuke/Kunoichi (ninja warrior) is kinda nice i'm all for more japanese game shows.
Yes! who wants to watch Cops...again...for the 4th consecutive hour? Hello...anyone? Wait, don't go! We've got a Japanese version of American Gladiators!
And who cares if it goes all HD? No cable provider's carrying it on an HD ready stream anyway. A provider's going to have to move it to a HD tier to do that. The only provider that will be able to do that is DirecTV, but their customers will riot if G4's wasteland is given priority over the hundred other channels that are more deserving to be in HD with the capability of more interesting content. I'd rather Spike be in HD before this garbage.
I want my TechTV back.
Or maybe my prediction of them hiring Summa to keep Kevin Perrera's asscheeks wet has come true.
They should broadcast it in the US as G4Tech or something. Or even better, just do away with G4 entirely.

My allegiance to the new fangled G4techtv merger died when they got rid of Screen Savers and Unscrewed.

I remember hearing sometime in near the end of September (I guess after TGS). Hopefully it's something cool and not something like Wii DVD support.
I don't know if that's what it is though. I know Electric Playground is going to start airing on their website in October, but not even on the channel at all.
You're hopelessly out of touch with reality. I watched some clips with Pat and Leo discussing Leopard (OS X 10.5) and I had to stop myself to wonder if it wasn't some old TechTV clip I had missed.
